- Potatoes - 4
- Milk - 1/2 Cup
- Cream - 1/4 Cup
- Grated cheddar cheese - 1/2 Cup
- Butter - 30 gm
- Dried parsley flakes - 2 Teaspoons
- Dry mustard - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Stuffed Baked Potatoes
Step 1: Pierce potatoes with a fork; place on the turntable. Cook for 10 to 12 minute on HIGH flame. Stand in foil for 5 minutes.
Step 2: Cut a thin slice from the top of each potato; scoop out cooked potato with a spoon, leaving a thin shell.
Step 3: Stir milk, cream, half the cheese, butter, parsley, mustard, and potato. Mix well until no lumps remain.
Step 4: Spoon mixture into each potato shell. Place on a plate.
