Ingredients of Vegetable Cheese Pizza Recipe
- Pizza base - 1
- For topping
- Chopped onion - 1
- Chopped tomato - 1
- Sliced baby corns - 3
- Chopped capsicum - 1
- Pizza topping or tomato sauce - 2 Tablespoons
- Grated mozzarella cheese - 2 Tablespoons
How to Make Vegetable Cheese Pizza
Step 1: Preheat the microwave at convection mode to 230 °C.
Step 2: Spread the tomato sauce or pizza topping on the pizza base and spread chopped vegetable evenly on it.
Step 3: On the top, spread grated cheese evenly and bake on the rack at 230°C for 8-10 minute or till the cheese melts.
Step 4: Cut into wedges and serve hot.
