Ingredients of Aloo Roti Recipe
- Wheat flour - 2 Cups
- Potatoes - 250 gm
- Green chilli paste - 1 Teaspoon
- Finely ground pomegranate seeds - 1 Tablespoon
- Red chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Garam masala powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Cumin powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Lime juice - 1 Teaspoon
- Finely chopped coriander leaves - 2 Tablespoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Water - 1 Cup
How to Make Aloo Roti
To Make Potato Filling
Step 1: First, boil the potatoes and set aside cool.
Step 2: Once the potato is cool peel them and then mash them well.
Step 3: Now, add all spices to the mashed potato and mix well.
To Make Dough
Step 1: In a bowl, place wheat flour and add salt to it and by adding water knead the dough well.
Step 2: When the dough is ready to keep it aside for 30 minutes.
To Make Tandoori Aloo Roti
Step 1: To make tandoori aloo roti, first divide the dough into equal balls.
