Tagliatelle with Smoked Salmon
Smoked Salmon cooked with tagliatelle pasta is easy to prepare pasta recipe. It is a classic combination of different vegetables and salmon. This dish is very to make and requires not much time. Here in this recipe, I have not used any cream, but if you like to use, then you can add cream to this dish as per your desire. Ingredients of Tagliatelle with Smoked Salmon Recipe
- Tagliatelle pasta - 500 gm
- Butter - 60 gm
- Smoked salmon - 100 gm
- Snow peas - 200 gm
- Finely sliced button mushrooms - 100 gm
- Garlic cloves - 2
- Finely sliced shallots - 2
- Cream - 600 gm
- Fresh dill - 1 Tablespoon
- Parmesan cheese - 1 Cup
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Tagliatelle with Smoked Salmon
Step 1: Place tagliatelle in a large bowl with 6 cups of hot tap water. Cook for 10-12 minutes on HIGH flame, stirring halfway. Drain pasta.
Step 2: In a large bowl cook garlic, butter and shallots for one minute on HIGH flame.
Step 3: Add trimmed whole snow peas and button mushrooms and cook for a further two minutes on HIGH flame.
Step 4: In a large microwave-safe bowl, place cream and cook for five minutes on MEDIUM flame, stirring once during cooking.
Step 5: In a large shallow dish, combine pasta, snow peas, button mushrooms, smoked salmon and dill. Still gently until the pasta is well coated.
Step 6: Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and cook for two minutes on HIGH flame.
