Ingredients of Sing Bhujia Recipe
- Peanuts - 1 Cup
- Besan (Gram flour) - ½ Cup
- A pinch of baking soda
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Chat masala - 2 Teaspoons
- Red chili powder - 2 Teaspoons
- Cumin seed powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Garam masala powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Oil - 1 ½ Tablespoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Oil for frying - 4 Cups
How to Make Sing Bhujia
Step 1: Take a bowl and add peanuts, besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chat masala, garam masala, cumin seed powder, salt and two tablespoon water to it and mix it well.
Step 2: Now, add one tablespoon oil to it and again mix it and make a thick batter.
Step 3: Take a frying pan and add four cups oil to it and place it on the heat.
Step 4: Now, with your hands take batter and put it into the oil. When you place it into hot oil, it will separate sing and become a bhujia.
Step 5: Fry it until it becomes crispy and golden brown.
Step 6: Remove sing bhujiya from the oil and sprinkle red chili powder and chat masala on it.
Step 7: Let it cool and store it in an airtight container.
