Ingredients of Sesame Chutney Recipe
- White sesame seeds - 1 Cup
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1 Cup
- Green chilies - 2
- Lemon juice - 1/2 Cup
- Salt - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Asafoetida (hing) - 1/4 Teaspoon
How to Make Sesame Chutney
Step 1: In a frying pan, shallow fry the sesame seeds. Ensure that the colour of sesame seeds will not change.
Step 2: Once it's done, remove it from the pan and keep it aside.
Step 3: Now, in a mixer jar add, sesame seeds, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt, lemon juice and asafoetida and 1/2 cup of water to it and grind it well.
Step 4: Delicious sesame chutney is ready to serve with the sandwich, kachori, samosa or any snacks.
