- Onion - ½
- Grated cheese - 1 Cup
- Thickened cream - 250 ml
- Paprika - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Scalloped Potatoes
Step 1: In a medium casserole dish, place 1/3 of the sliced potatoes to cover the dish.
Step 2: Layer ½ of the sliced; onion on top.
Step 3: Sprinkle 1/3 of the grated cheese over the onion.
Step 4: Now, repeat this second layer of potatoes, cheese, and onion.
Step 5: Finish with a layer of potatoes and pour over thickened cream.
