- Olive oil - 4 Tablespoons
- Peeled sweet potatoes - 1 Cup
- Peeled Carrots - 1 Cup
- Peeled Parsnips - 1 Cup
- Garlic cloves - 4
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
- Fresh or dried rosemary - 1 Tablespoon
- Parsley - 2 Tablespoons
How to Make Roasted Winter Vegetables
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Step 2: Now, Pour a ½ tablespoon olive oil into a bowl then peel the root vegetables and cut them into small-sized pieces.
Step 3: Skin the shallots and cut them into two parts.
