Ingredients of Rajasthani Gatta Kadhi Recipe
- Besan (Gram flour) - ½ Cup
- Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Red chili powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Finely chopped onion - 1
- Curd - 2 Tablespoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Finely chopped green chili - 1
- For Kadhi
- Sour curd - 1 Cup
- Besan (Gram flour) - 1 ½ Tablespoon
- Water - ½ Cup
- Fennel seeds - ½ Teaspoon
- Fenugreek seeds powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Coriander powder - ½ Tablespoon
- Red chilies - 2
- Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
How to Make Rajasthani Gatta Kadhi
To Make Gattas
Step 1: Mix all the ingredients, add some water and make stiff dough from it.
Step 2: Now, apply little oil on your palm and roll the dough for 5 to 6 cylindrical rolls.
Step 3: Then, place this rolls to the microwave safe bowl and add 1 cup of water to it and microwave it at 80 % power for 5 minutes.
Step 4: Then remove it from the water and cut into small pieces and keep aside.
To Make Curry
Step 1: Take a bowl and beat besan, curd, and water together and keep aside.
Step 2: Now take microwave safe bowl and add oil to it and add all the dry masalas to it and microwave it for 5 minutes at 100% power.
Step 3: Then, pour the besan-curd mixture into this, stir it and again microwave it for 5 minutes at 100% power.
Step 4: Add gattas and microwave it for 3 minutes at 80% power.
Step 5: Garnish it with green coriander and serve hot with roti or rice.
