Ingredients of Paneer Gulab Jamun Recipe
- Cottage cheese( Paneer ) - 100 gm
- Khoya (Mava) - 100 gm
- Maida (all-purpose flour) - 2 Tablespoons
- Baking Soda - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Cardamom powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 300 gm
- A pinch of saffron (Kesar) - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ghee for frying - 4 Cups
How to Make Paneer Gulab Jamun
Step 1: First of all grate paneer and khoya and then mix it well.
Step 2: Then add maida, baking soda and make a mixture of it and make a small ball from it.
Step 3: Now, take a frying pan and add ghee to heat and then fry the balls till it becomes brown. Keep it aside to cool.
Step 4: Now, take another pan and add water and sugar to make thick sugar syrup.
Step 5: Then add cardamom powder and Kesar to it and boil it. Remove it from the heat once it’s ready.
Step 6: Now, add previously made paneer gulab jamun to this syrup and keep it for 4 – 5 hours in the refrigerator to make it cool.
