Paneer Balls
Paneer Balls is a crispy, fried ball made with cottage cheese or say paneer and boiled and mashed potatoes. It is very lightly spiced.
This recipe requires very minimal ingredients, and of course, minimal spices are added. Those ingredients are cottage cheese, potatoes, red chili, amchoor, green chili, and coriander. If you are fond of peanuts then add crushed peanuts this will give a nutty flavor to paneer balls, but here I have added very minimal ingredients. And yes of course, if you want you can avoid adding red chili powder. Even though you use very less spice, still these balls taste fantastic. I do make paneer balls often.
