Ingredients of Mix Vegetable Paratha Recipe
- Wheat flour - 500 gm
- Potato - 2
- Onion - 2
- Carrot - 2
- Small Cauliflower - 1
- Spinach - 100 gms
- Green chilies - 2
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Red chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Garam masala - ¼ Teaspoon
- Oil as required
How to Make Mix Vegetable Paratha
Step 1: In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, and two tablespoon oil and mix them well and knead into a simple dough.
Step 2: Boil and peel the potatoes and grate the potato, carrot, onion, and cauliflower. Keep it aside.
Step 3: Finely chop the spinach and green chili.
Step 4: Mix all these the vegetables along with salt, red chili powder, and garam masala and prepare it for the paratha stuffing.
