Ingredients of Masala Sing Recipe
- Peanuts - 1 Cup
- Powdered sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Dry mango powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Garam masala powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Chaat masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Black salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Oil - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Masala Sing
Step 1: In a frying pan, dry roast the peanuts for 5-7 minutes on LOW flame till they turn light brown. Remove it from the fire and keep aside to cool.
Step 2: Now, in a bowl, add powdered sugar, dry mango powder, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, and black salt and mix them well.
Step 3: Now in a deep-frying pan, add one teaspoon oil and then add roasted peanuts to it and shallow fry the peanuts for 4-5 minutes on LOW flame.
Step 4: Once the peanuts appropriately fried, remove it from the flame and add the previously mixed spices and mix them well.
Step 5: Keep it aside to cool. Then store it in an airtight container. It will remain fresh for 20-25 days.
