- Peanuts - 1 Cup
- Gram flour (besan) - 2 Tablespoons
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Oil for frying - 1 Cup
How to Make Masala Peanuts
Step 1: Heat oil in a deep Pan.
Step 2: Meanwhile, take gram flour, peanuts, red chili powder and salt in a bowl.
Step 3: Sprinkle very little water and mix those ingredients well.
Step 4: Once the oil is heated deep fry the peanuts until they turn golden brown.
Step 5: Then remove them from the oil and set aside to cool completely.
Step 6: Serve as a side snack.
