- Urad dal papad (Papadum) - 2
- Finely chopped onion - ½ Cup
- Finely chopped tomato - ½ Cup
- Finely chopped cucumber - ½ Cup
- Coriander leaves - ¼ Cup
- Red chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Chaat masala - 1 Tablespoon
- Amchoor powder - ½ Teaspoon
How to Make Masala Papad
Step 1: Roast the urad dal papad on hot Tava by slightly pressing with the help of cloth from both sides.
Step 2: When the papad roasted from both side break it into four pieces and put it on a plate and spread chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber one by one. Then sprinkle red chili powder, chat masala and amchur powder on it.
