Ingredients of Masala Omelette Recipe
- Eggs - 3
- Chopped onion - 2
- Chopped tomatoes - 2
- Chopped green chilies - 2
- Finely chopped fresh coriander leaves - 2 Tablespoons
- Red chili powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Salt - ½ Teaspoon
- Pepper powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Garam masala powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Oil for frying - 2 Tablespoons
How to Make Masala Omelette
Step 1: In a mixing bowl, break the eggs and add turmeric powder and salt to it.
Step 2: Whisk and beat the eggs for a minute with a fork.
Step 3: Now, add chopped green chilies, onion, tomatoes, coriander leaves, pepper powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder and mix them well.
Step 4: Now, place the frying pan on the heat and add one teaspoon oil to it and let it get hot.
Step 5: Now, add some part of the mixture and place the heat on the HIGH flame for 10 seconds.
Step 6: Then reduce the heat and let the egg cook on the MEDIUM heat for 2-5 minutes.
Step 7: Once its cooked from one side, flip the omelette to the other side and cook uncovered.
Step 8: Once cooked from both sides, remove it from the heat.
