How to Make Malpua Recipe
Step 1: Mix sugar, one cup water and cardamom powder and prepare a thick syrup.
Step 2: Mix flour, nuts and raisins along with enough milk to form a thick batter.
Step 3: Heat enough ghee for deep frying to smoking, lower the heat and drop two tablespoons off batter in it.
Step 4: Spread the batter to a thin round shape.
Step 5: Fry until crisp and golden.
Step 6: Toss into the syrup and after a minute serve.
