- Uncooked lasagna noodles - 16 oz
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 Pound
- Ricotta cheese - 15 oz
- Firm tofu - 1 Pound
- Frozen chopped spinach - 2 Tablespoons
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Cups
- Pasta sauce - 28 oz
How to Make Lasagna Roll Ups
Step 1: In a large pot, bring some lightly salted water to boil. Add the lasagna noodle to the boiling water and cook for 5-8 minutes or slightly underdone. Drain and set aside.
