- Kuttu Ka Atta (buckwheat flour) - 2 Cups
- Coriander leaves - 1 Tablespoon
- Boiled potato - 1
- Rock salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Warm water - 1 Cup
- Oil for deep frying - 3 Cups
How to Make Kuttu Atta Poori
Step 1: Boil and mash the potatoes.
Step 2: Now, in a bowl mix mashed potatoes with buckwheat flour, rock salt, and coriander leaves and knead thoroughly with warm water and make a smooth dough.
Step 3: Keep the dough aside for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4: Now, make small bowls from the dough and roll them into small round poori. Repeat the procedure for all the dough balls.
