Ingredients of Kopra Pak Recipe
- Khoya - 1/4 Cup
- Milk - 3/4 cup Cup
- Coconut, ground to a paste - 2 Cups
- A few drops essence of rose
- Chopped pistachio nuts - 1 Tablespoon
- Powdered green cardamom - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Sugar - 1 Cup
How to Make Kopra Pak
Step 1: Put all the above ingredients in a pan and cook it on a MEDIUM flame. Keep on frequently stirring until the mixture turns thick and leaves the sides of the pan.
Step 2: Now add the rose essence, cardamom powder, and khoya and mix them well and again cook it on a SLOW flame for 10 minutes or till the mixture becomes sticky.
Step 3: Transfer this mixture in a lightly greased plate and level the surface using the spoon.
Step 4: Decorate with a few sliced pistachio nuts. Allow it to cool then cut out into pieces.
