Ingredients of Kasturi Sandesh Recipe
- Paneer made of 1 liter milk - 1 Kg
- Sugar - 250 gm
- Walnuts - 50 gm
- Pistachios - 50 gm
- Saffron strands, dissolved in 1 teaspoon hot water - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Cardamom seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Silver warq as required
How to Make Kasturi Sandesh
Step 1: Grind paneer, nuts, and cardamoms coarsely.
Step 2: Mix paneer, sugar, nuts, cardamoms and saffron over a slow ﬁre and cook till the mixture turns thick and leaves the sides of the pan.
Step 3: Put in a lightly greased thali, level the surface with your hands. Decorate with silver wraq.
Step 4: Cut into pieces when cold and serve.
