How to Make Kansar
Step 1: Add whole wheat flour in a bowl and then add one tablespoon ghee and mix them well.
Step 2: Now, put the thick bottom pan on a HIGH flame and add water to it and let it boil. Then add jaggery to it and let it boil again.
Step 3: Now, reduce the flame and add whole wheat flour to it and mix them well. Stir it continuously for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Cover the pan and cook it for 5-10 minutes. Stir occasionally.
Step 5: Remove the pan from the heat and sprinkle powder sugar and ghee into the kansar and serve hot.
