Ingredients of Kadhai Corn Paneer Recipe
- Paneer - 250 gm
- Baby corn - 10
- Onion - 2
- Capsicum - 3
- Tomatoes - 3
- Oil - 2 Tablespoons
- A pinch of Ajinomoto
- Turmeric powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Chili powder - 2 Teaspoons
- Coriander powder - 2 Teaspoons
- Kasoori Methi (Dried Fenugreek Leaves) - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Tablespoon
- Coriander leaves - 1 Tablespoon
How to Make Kadhai Corn Paneer
Step 1: First, cut the paneer into 12 mm. thick pieces.
Step 2: Make thin slices of baby corns.
Step 3: Cut onions, tomatoes and capsicum into small pieces.
Step 4: Now, in a frying pan add one tablespoon oil and fry the onion for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Then add Ajinomoto, baby corn, capsicum, tomato, turmeric powder, coriander powder, dried fenugreek leaves powder (Kasoori methi powder) and salt and cook it for 5-10 minutes.
Step 6: Then add Paneer cubes to the vegetable mixture and again cook it for 5 minutes.
Step 7: Then remove the frying pan from the heat and add the corn.
Step 8: Delicious kadhai corn paneer is ready to serve.
