Ingredients of Kaddu Ki Sabji Recipe
- Pumpkins cubes - 4 Cups
- Whole dry red chilies - 3
- Fenugreek seeds - ½ Teaspoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Turmeric powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Red chili powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Raw mango powder (aamchur) - 1 Teaspoon
- Sugar - ½ Teaspoon
- Oil - 2 Tablespoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Kaddu Ki Sabji
Step 1: In a flat pan, heat the oil and add cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds. Let them splutter.
Step 2: Add dry red chilies and sauté it for about 30 seconds.
Step 3: Now, add red chili powder, turmeric powder and raw mango powder and cook for 2 minutes.
