Ingredients of Farali Jeera Aloo Recipe
- Potatoes, boiled and chopped into small cubes - 5
- Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Chopped green chili - 1
- Lemon juice - 1 Tablespoon
- Oil - 2 Tablespoons
- Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 Tablespoon
- Turmeric powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Curry Leaves - 6
- Rock salt - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Farali Jeera Aloo
Step 1: Boiled the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Step 2: Heat oil in frying pan and add cumin seeds and curry leaves. When cumin seeds crackle, add green chilies and fry them for two minutes.
Step 3: Now, add boiled potatoes to the frying pan and add rock salt and turmeric powder to it and mix it well.
Step 4: Add some water it required.
Step 5: Let the potatoes cook for four-five minutes.
Step 6: Once its ready remove it from the flame and add lemon juice to potatoes.
Step 7: Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
