Ingredients of Ice Cream Pudding Recipe
- Softened Vanila Ice Cream - 3 Cups
- Sultanas (White Grapes) - ¾ Cups
- Chopped Sponge Biscuits - 2 Cups
- Sliced Strawberries, to serve - 1 Cup
How to Make Ice Cream Pudding
Step 1: Grease the metal molds and place a strip of paper into each mold.
Step 2: In a large bowl, add the ice cream.
Step 3: Now, add sultanas and sponge biscuits and mix them to combine.
Step 4: Fill the molds with this mixtures and place it into the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Step 5: Once it’s ready to remove the puddings from the freezer.
Step 6: Invert the molds onto serving plates and garnish the top with sliced strawberries.
