- Diced onion - 2 Tablespoons
- Melted butter - 2 Tablespoons
- Honey - 1 Tablespoon
- Dry mustard seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of ground black pepper
How to Make Honey Roasted Red Potatoes
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 190 °C.
Step 2: Now, lightly coat the baking dish with non-stick cooking spray, or you can also grease it with cooking oil.
Step 3: Then place the potatoes in a single layer onto the baking dish and top it with diced onion.
