Today I am sharing an easy recipe to make a coriander powder from fresh coriander leave, which you can use to add in different vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes. Ingredients of Coriander Powder Recipe
- Coriander leaves - 1 Bunch
- Cotton Cloth - 1
- Paper Bag - 1
How to Make Coriander Powder
Step 1: Clean the coriander leaves and place it on a cotton cloth to dry it thoroughly.
Step 2: Keep the thin coriander stems and remove the thick one.
Step 3: Now take a paper bag and make small holes in it.
Step 4: Now add the coriander stems in the paper bag and close it and place it where the bag can get slight sunlight and let it dry.
Step 5: Avoid the place where the bag gets direct sunlight on it.
Step 6: Also, you can dry the coriander stems on cotton cloths or paper and keep it inside your house to dry.
Step 7: Once it completely dries, crush it with your hands and makes powder of it. You can also grind it in the mixer.
Step 8: Coriander powder is ready to use. You can also store it for a longer time.
To make it in the microwave:
Step 1: Clean the coriander leaves and place it on the microwave plate.
Step 2: Now heat it for 2 minutes in the microwave.
Step 3: Remove the plate from the microwave and mix it and again set the microwave at high power and heat it for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Now the leaves completely dry, and you can make a smooth powder of it.
