Ingredients of Hariyali Roti Recipe
- Rice flour - 200 gm
- Corn flour - 50 gm
- Chopped methi leaves - 1 Bunch
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1 Bunch
- Chopped mint leaves - 1 Bunch
- Grated onion - ½ Cup
- Ginger paste - ½ Teaspoon
- Garlic paste - ½ Teaspoon
- Green chilli paste - 1 Teaspoon
- Anise seeds ( ajwain ) - 1 Teaspoon
- Curd - ½ Cup
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Oil - 1 Cup
How to Make Hariyali Roti
Step 1: Place rice flour and corn flour along with methi leaves, coriander leaves, and mint leaves. Mix them well.
Step 2: Now, add grated onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chili paste, aniseed, one tablespoon oil and salt to it and mix it again.
Step 3: Then make dough with curd to smooth consistency. Keep aside for half an hour.
Step 4: After ½ an hour takes the dough and divide it into equal balls.
Step 5: Now, roll out each ball into the desired size.
Step 6: Then after cook the chapati on a hot Tawa by applying one teaspoon of oil on each side till well roasted.
Step 7: Serve this delicious hariyali roti with raita.
