Ingredients of Green Garlic Chutney Recipe
- Green garlic - 50 gm
- Peanuts - 25 gm
- Green chilies - 5
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Ginger - 1 Tablespoon
- Coriander leaves - 1 Tablespoon
- Jaggery - 1 Tablespoon
How to Make Green Garlic Chutney
Step 1: Take the green garlic and remove the top part of it and then cut it lengthwise.
Step 2: Now wash the garlic properly and keep aside.
Step 3: In the mixer jar, add peanuts, green chilies, salt, ginger, coriander leaves, and chopped garlic and blend it.
Step 4: Now add jaggery to it and again blend it well.
Step 5: Delicious Green garlic chutney is ready to serve.
