Ingredients of Golden Curry Sausages Recipe
- sausages - 1 Kg
- Finely sliced onion - 1
- Butter - 2 Tablespoons
- Curry powder - 3 Teaspoons
- Water - 1 ½ Cups
- Plain flour - 2 Tablespoons
- Carrot - 1
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tablespoons
- Brown sugar - 1 Tablespoon
- Brown vinegar - 2 Tablespoons
How to Make Golden Curry Sausages
Step 1: Pierce sausages with a fork twice. Arrange on a microwave-safe rack.
Step 2: Cook sausages for 14 to 16 mints on MEDIUM flame, turning halfway through cooking. After getting cool slice it into rounds.
Step 3: Mix sugar, vinegar, curry powder, flour, Worcestershire sauce, and water together in a jug.
Step 4: In a 3-liter casserole dish combine butter, onions and cook for 2 to 3 mints on HIGH flame or until the onions become transparent.
Step 5: Add carrot, sausages, and sauce. Mix well and cook for an extra 6 to 7 mints on MEDIUM flame.
Step 6: Serve hot with basmati rice and pappadums.
