How to Make Garlic Paste
Step 1: Soak the garlic in water overnight to soften the skin.
Step 2: Drain the garlic, peel, and chop it roughly.
Step 3: Add garlic, salt in a grinder, till puréed, using very little water, if required.
- The paste can be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for 4-6 weeks.
