Ingredients of Fried Chicken Legs Recipe
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 2 Teaspoons
- Chicken legs - 4
- Curd - 2 Teaspoons
- Onion - ½
- Cumin powder - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Lemon juice - 2 Tablespoons
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 Tablespoon
- Oil - 5 Teaspoons
- Coriander powder - ½ Teaspoon
How to Make Fried Chicken Legs
Step 1: Properly clean the chicken legs and remove the chicken skin. Make few slits on the chicken legs.
Step 2: In a bowl, add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and lemon juice and mix them well and make a paste of it.
Step 3: Then add curd, garlic-ginger paste, salt, cumin powder, pepper powder, coriander powder, and oil and mix them well.
Step 4: Now, take a chicken leg and roll them into this mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Step 5: Now, heat oil in a frying pan over a MEDIUM flame and add marinated chicken leg pieces and fry them into the hot oil.
Step 6: Flip the chicken legs at regular interval to cook it from all the side and inside too.
Step 7: Fry the chicken legs for 5-10 minutes, until it browns and crisp.
Step 8: Garnish the chicken legs with fresh coriander leaves and serve it.
