Floating Meatballs
Meatballs are a delicious recipe for meat lovers. It is a different way to try meat in with the main course food. Meatballs are very comfort food, and you can make it in different ways. It is made with ground or chopped meat. Here in this recipe, I have used minced meat to make the floating meatballs. In this recipe, meatballs are dipped and cooked in stock and milk.
Ingredients of Floating Meatballs Recipe
- Minced meat - 750 gm
- Milk - 125 gm
- Stock - 4 Cups
- Eggs - 2
- Finely chopped green chilli - 1
- Spring onion - 1 Cup
- Chopped coriander leaves - 1 Tablespoon
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Floating Meatballs
Step 1: Slice the onions very finely and mix it with the meat together with eggs, green chilies and coriander.
Step 2: Season with some salt and pepper.
Step 3: Take a deep kadhai and heat some ghee, shape the meat into small balls and fry till a golden brown.
Step 4: Heat the stock and milk, add the meatballs and cook for 20 minutes.
Step 5: Garnish it with some fresh coriander and serve hot.
