Ingredients of Lemon Cake Recipe
- Caster sugar - 1 Cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 Teaspoon
- Unsalted butter - ½ Cup
- All-purpose flour - 2 Cups
- Lemons - 3
- For icing
- Icing sugar - 1 Cup
- Lemon - ½ Piece
- Unsalted butter - 1 Cup
How to Make Lemon Cake
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2: Grease the round sandwich tins and line with baking paper.
Step 3: In a bowl add sugar, cream, and butter and mix them till it becomes thick.
