Ingredients of Dry Garlic Chutney Recipe
- Whole Kashmiri Chili - 1/4 Kg
- Garlic clove - 2
- Coriander seeds - 1 Tablespoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 Tablespoon
- Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
How to Make Dry Garlic Chutney
Step 1: In a mixer grinder add whole Kashmiri chili, coriander seeds, sesame seeds, and cumin seeds and grind it well.
Step 2: Now, add the garlic cloves to it and again grind it properly. Ensure that the garlic crushed well and mixed with other ingredients.
Step 3: Now add salt to the garlic-chili mixture and mix them well.
