Ingredients of Dry Chilli Paneer Recipe
- Paneer - 350 gm
- Corn flour - ½ Cup
- Ginger-garlic paste - 1 Teaspoon
- Chopped onions - 2 Cups
- Sliced green chilies - 2 Tablespoons
- Soya sauce - 1 Tablespoon
- Vinegar - 2 Tablespoons
- Ajinomoto - ¼ Teaspoon
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Oil for frying - 2 Cups
- Water - 1 Cup
How to Make Dry Chilli Paneer
Step 1: In a bowl, add one teaspoon salt, corn flour, garlic-ginger paste and water and mix it well.
Step 2: Now, in a frying pan add oil and put it on the heat.
Step 3: When the oil starts boiling, add Paneer pieces to it and fry it till it turns golden brown. Repeat this procedure for all the Paneer Pieces.
Step 4: In another frying pan add two tablespoon oil and then add chopped onions and fry it for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Then add chopped green chilies, salt, soya sauce, vinegar, Ajinomoto and fried Paneer pieces.
Step 6: Toss in the fried Paneer and mix well. Cook it for 2-5 minutes.
Step 7: Garnish this chili Paneer with green onions and coriander leaves and serve hot with tomato catchup.
