- Cooking chocolate - 200 gm
- Water - 2 Tablespoons
- Rum - 2 Tablespoons
- Castor sugar - ¼ Cup
- Egg Whites - 3
- Cream - 300 gm
- Grated chocolate - 30 gm
How to Make Chocolate Mousse
Step 1: Place chocolate, water, and rum in a large heatproof bowl. Melt for one minute on HIGH flame, stirring halfway. Stir in sugar.
Step 2: Allow mixture to cool, then whip until aerated.
Step 3: Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
