Ingredients of Chinese Fruit Salad Recipe
- Ripe papaya - 1
- Pomegranate - 1
- Rambutan - 4
- Kiwi - 4
- Oranges - 3
- Lychees - 4 Can
- Bitter almond essence or ordinary almond essence - 3 Drops
How to Make Chinese Fruit Salad
Step 1: To prepare the papaya, cut in half and using a small spoon, scoop out the pits and any stingy flesh. Discard. Peel each half and cut the flesh into thin slices — place in a bowl.
Step 2: To prepare the pomegranate, cut in half and scoop out the pulp and seeds. Discard the remainder of the fruit. Cut the pulp into cubes and add the pulp and seeds to the bowl with the papaya.
