- Tomatoes - 2
- Butter - 2 Tablespoons
- Shredded Chicken - 1 Cup
- Garlic paste - 1/2 Tablespoon
- Chopped Onion - 1 Cup
- Thin vermicelli - 100 gm
- Chopped onions - 2 Springs
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Thick coconut milk - 1/2 Cup
- Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 Tablespoon
How to Make Chicken Vermicelli Soup
Step 1: In a frying pan, heat the butter over MEDIUM heat.
Step 2: Then add tomato puree, salt, chicken, chopped onion, garlic paste and cook until all the ingredients are cooked well. It requires 15-20 minutes to cook the chicken properly.
Step 3: Then add spring onions and again cook for 3 minutes.
Step 4: Then add coconut milk, vermicelli and mix them well. Let it boil for 4-5 minutes.
