- Black cherry spread - 2 Cups
- Heavy cream - 1 Cup
- Cream cheese - 2 Cups
- Soft butter - 6 Tablespoons
- Crumbled graham crackers - 2 Cups
- Sugar - ½ Cup
- Vanilla extract - 1 Teaspoon
- Lemon juice - ½ Teaspoon
How to Make Cherry Cheesecake
Step 1: In the food processor, blitz the biscuits till it starts turning to crumbs, then add butter to it and again whiz it to make the clump mixture.
Step 2: Now, add this mixture into the 20 cm tin.
Step 3: In a bowl, add cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract and beat them well until it becomes smooth.
Step 4: Now, whip the heavy cream and fold it into the cheese mixture.
