- Cannelloni - 1 Packet
- Ricotta cheese - 250 gm
- Cheddar cheese - 90 gm
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
- Eggs - 2
- Red salmon - 210 gm
- Lemon juice - 2 Tablespoons
- Parsley - 2 Tablespoons
- Cheddar cheese - 2 Tablespoons
- Pasta sauce - 375 gm
How to Make Cheesy Salmon Cannelloni
Step 1: Combine ricotta cheese, cheddar cheese, salt and pepper, eggs, salmon, salt, lemon juice and mix well.
Step 2: Place spoonfuls of salmon mixture into cannelloni shells until full.
Step 3: Place in a single layer in a shallow dish.
Step 4: Pour pasta over cannelloni and smooth over with the back of a spoon to ensure all sections of pasta are covered with sauce.
Step 5: Cook for 14 minutes on MEDIUM-HIGH flame.
Step 6: Remove dish and sprinkle with extra cheese. Continue cooking on MEDIUM-HIGH flame for further 2-4 minutes. Allow standing for ten minutes before serving.
Step 7: Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve hot.
