- Cauliflower florets - 500 gm
- Butter - 30 gm
- Flour - 2 Tablespoons
- Milk - 1 Cup
- Mustard seeds - 1 Teaspoon
- Grated cheese - 1/2 Cup
- Paprika - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Cauliflower Au Gratin
Step 1: Place cauliflower in a flan dish, cover it and cook it for 5 minutes on HIGH flame, until tender. Drain it.
Step 2: Melt butter in a Pyrex bowl for 30 to 40 seconds on HIGH flame.
Step 3: Stir in flour. Cook for 1 minute on HIGH flame.
