Ingredients of Bread Pakora Recipe
- Bread - 1 loaf
- Curd - 1 Cup
- Gram flour (besan) - 1 Cup
- Green chillies - 4
- chopped coriander leaves - 2 Tablespoons
- Chilli powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Asafetida (hing) - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Oil for deep frying - 4 Cups
- For Green Chutney
- Coriander leaves - 1 Cup
- Mint leaves - ¼ Cup
- Grated ginger - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Finely sliced onion - 1
- Green chilli - 1
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
How to Make Bread Pakora
To Make Pakora
Step 1: Remove the top crust of the loaf.
Step 2: Take a deep bowl and crumble the loaf into small pieces.
Step 3: Now, add the curds and a little water to soak the bread pieces. Leave for at least 2 hours.
Step 4: Add the coriander, green chilies, chili powder, gram flour (besan), asafetida (Hing) and salt.
Step 5: Now heat the oil in a kadhai and drop a spoonful of the mixture into hot oil and deep fry it until it becomes golden brown.
To Make Chutney
- Mix all the ingredients, add some amount of water and grind it well until it becomes a paste.
