Ingredients of Bhakri With Spicy Ghee Recipe
- Mixed bhakri Atta of rice, wheat and millets - 1 Cup
- Ghee or Oil - 1 Tablespoon
- Salt - 1 Tablespoon
- Curd - 2 Tablespoons
- Warm water to make dough - 2 Cups
- For the spicy ghee
- Ghee - 6 tablespoons
- Garlic paste - ½ Teaspoon
- Red chili powder - ¼ Teaspoon
- Salt - ½ Teaspoon
How to Make Bhakri With Spicy Ghee
Step 1: Make a tight dough of bhakri Atta with warm water using ghee or oil and curd.
Step 2: Add salt to taste while making the dough.
Step 3: Then, make 12 balls and roll each one with dry flour to 2 mm thickness. Roll them enough to get circles of 5 cms diameter.
Step 4: Roast bhakri or medium heat until crisp and gets brown spots on top.
Step 5: Melt ghee and add the rest of the ingredients.
Step 6: Mix well and remove from the heat.
Step 7: Apply on hot bhakri and serve with Pickle.
