- Beetroot - 250 gm
- Sugar - 125 gm
- Khoya (mava) - 125 gm
- Ghee - 4 Tablespoons
- Cardamom powder - ½ Teaspoon
- Pistachios (pista) - 2 Tablespoons
How to Make Beetroot Halwa
Step 1: Grate a beetroot.
Step 2: Now in the pot, add ghee and add grated beetroot and stir it for 10 minutes add water and again boil it for 5 minutes.
