Ingredients of Beef with Ginger Sauce Recipe
- Beef fillet - 450 gm
- Oil - 2 Tablespoons
- Ginger root - 2 Tablespoons
- Tomatoes - 2
- Sugar - 1 Teaspoon
- Red wine vinegar - 1 Tablespoon
- Soy sauce - 2 Tablespoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon
- Pepper - 1 Teaspoon
How to Make Beef with Ginger Sauce
Step 1: Cut the beef into thin slices.
Step 2: Heat the oil in a wok, add the meat and the ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Step 3: Pour off any excess fat, then stir in the tomatoes. Reduce the heat and add the sugar, wine vinegar and soy sauce.
Step 4: Cook for a few minutes to allow the flavours to develop, then season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
