- Banana - 4
- Ghee - 3 Teaspoons
- Sugar - 4 Tablespoons
- Green cardamom powder - ¼ Teaspoon
- Few cashew nuts - 1 Tablespoon
How to Make Banana Halwa
Step 1: Take a pan and heat ghee. Once hot add bananas and cook over a LOW flame and stir it continuously to prevent the mixture from sticking.
Step 2: Now, cook this banana mixture for about 10 minutes or until mixture turns golden brown.
Step 3: Then add sugar to the banana mixture and cook it again until sugar dissolved by stirring it continuously.
Step 4: Now, turn off the flame and add cardamom powder. Mix well and set aside to cool down.
Step 5: Now, grease a plate and transfer this mixture to this prepared plate and spread it evenly.
Step 6: Cut it into square pieces and garnish each piece with cashew nuts.
