Ingredients of Baked Rasgulla Recipe
- Rasgulla Pieces - 8
- Paneer - 1 Cup
- Milk - ½ Cup
- A pinch of Cardamom Powder
- Corn flour - 1 Teaspoon
- A pinch of saffron (Kesar)
- Sugar substitute - 2 ½ Tablespoons
How to Make Baked Rasgulla
Step 1: Soak the Rasgulla in required water for 1 minute, and then remove it from the water. Repeat this procedure for 4-5 times until the sugar syrup is removed.
Step 2: Now, in a bowl mix Paneer, milk, sugar substitute, corn flour, saffron and cardamom powder and crush it till it mixed well.
Step 3: Now, set the Rasgulla in a plate and add this Paneer mixture to it.
Step 4: Now, place this dish to a pre-heated oven at 150°C and bake it for 5 minutes.
Step 5: Once the Rasgulla is baked remove it from the oven and serve it hot.
