Ingredients of Baked Potatoes Recipe
- Yogurt - 2 Cups
- Potatoes - 500 gm
- Chopped coriander - 2 Teaspoons
- Green chillies - 2
- Corn flour - 1 Tablespoon
- Salt - 1 Tablespoon
- Pepper powder - ¾ Teaspoon
- Tomato - 1
How to Make Baked Potatoes
Step 1: Hang 2 cups thick yogurt in a thin muslin cloth for 30 minutes.
Step 2: Now, boil the potatoes until just done. Never overcook or boil in a pressure cooker.
Step 3: To boil potatoes, boil the water with two tablespoon salt and ½ teaspoon turmeric powder in a deep pan. Add potatoes and boil till done. Remove it from water and let it cool.
Step 4: Now, squeeze the yogurt gently and then beat the yogurt till smooth.
Step 5: Now, add maida or corn four, coriander, salt, pepper and green chillies to the whipped yogurt.
Step 6: Now, peel and cut the boiled potatoes into thin round slices. Then, mix the potatoes in curd.
Step 7: Then, transfer the potatoes to a baking dish.
Step 8: Garnish with sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle some salt and pepper on the Tomato.
Step 9: Bake it for 20 minutes in a hot oven at 180°C until it becomes golden in colour. Serve hot.
